Succulent Crock Pot Pork Chops

Ingredients:
2  large or 4 small pork chops
1 bullion cube (or 1 can beef broth)
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 envelope of Lipton Onion soup mix
As much onion as you desire. (chopped)
1 cup of water

*If you like more 'gravy', double soup and bullion mixture.

Directions:
Take a sharp knife or fork and stab the pork chops repeatedly all over.
Place pork chops in crock pot.
Dump ingredients over pork chops.

Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.

5 minutes before serving, add flour to thicken up gravy if needed.

*You can also add potatoes, carrots, green beans if you like.
(I personally like mashed potatoes with pork chops though.)

I've got crescent rolls, lima beans and mashed potatoes to go with the chops tonight. Yum!

It's so easy and so good, you'll want to slap your mama. TWICE!
